Service Description

We use our Quartz Crystal Singing Bowls for your frequency healing sound bath to help open, clear, balance, align, and entrain the energy systems with that of the high frequency tones (notes) of the singing bowls. Aligning and entraining our energies with the stronger, more powerful vibrations of the Quartz Crystal bowls is one of the most powerful forms of sound healing. Each one of the Singing Bowls are infused with Reiki, so as the bowls are played you will be receiving a Reiki treatment, as well! Your session will begin with breathwork to calm and center, followed by setting clear intentions that best align with the healing and work you need the most at the time. You will then be gently guided into a deep meditative state of being, shifting the brainwaves from Beta, to Alpha, to Theta states, as you fully take in the high frequency healing. The session will end with a hands-on Reiki treatment to further integrate the healing experience. There will be time for reflection and discussion at the end of your session.
