Service Description

A sound bath experience is a therapeutic and immersive session of pure surrender where you will lie on a yoga mat or sit in a chair and let the sounds gently guide you on a soothing journey. In this inward meditative experience, you will be fully guided to completely let go and receive an energetic alignment using the power of sound vibrations. The Quartz Crystal Singing Bowls, Drum, Ocean Drum, and other instruments, create an immersive source of healing energies and frequencies that work from the inside out, stimulating the flow of vital Life Force energy, to induce a state of deep peace and relaxation, expansion, rejuvenation, balance, and clearing on every level of your being. By the end of the session, you and your friends will feel lighter, deeply relaxed, awakened, and more in-tune with who you truly are. There is a minimum of 2 people and maximum of 6 per group.
